Agreement to Terms

By using the Bruno's Headlight Restoration website, submitting a quote request, or scheduling a service appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our site.

Services Provided

Bruno's Headlight Restoration provides professional mobile headlight restoration services in the Portland metro area, including but not limited to:

• Headlight lens cleaning and deoxidation
• UV protective coating application
• On-site service at your home, workplace, or other agreed-upon location

All services are provided by appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service at our sole discretion, including in cases of unsafe working conditions, inaccessible vehicle, or extreme weather.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our online quoting tool are estimates based on the vehicle information and headlight condition you select. Final pricing is confirmed on-site prior to beginning any work. We will never begin service without your verbal agreement to the confirmed price.

Prices may vary from the online estimate if the actual headlight condition differs from what was selected, or if the vehicle has non-standard headlight configurations. Luxury and exotic vehicle pricing may be subject to an additional surcharge disclosed at time of quote or on-site.

Appointments & Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other customers in your area. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or declined future bookings.

We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. In cases of traffic, weather, or other delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule if necessary.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service upon your satisfaction and approval of the completed work. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Venmo
• Zelle
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay

We do not accept checks. Payment must be received before we leave the service location.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your headlight restoration, contact us within 7 days of service and we will return to re-treat your headlights at no additional charge.

Please note the following limitations of our guarantee:

• Results depend on the original condition and age of the headlight lens — severely cracked or deeply pitted lenses may not achieve the same results as moderately oxidized ones
• The guarantee covers the restoration quality and UV coating adhesion, not normal wear over time
• The guarantee is void if the vehicle has been subjected to harsh chemicals, abrasives, or other treatments after service
• Headlight replacement (new OEM or aftermarket lenses) is not covered under this guarantee

Limitation of Liability

Bruno's Headlight Restoration is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to chipped paint, existing cracks, or deteriorated seals around headlight housings. We will point out any pre-existing conditions before beginning work.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Oregon law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, before-and-after photographs, and design elements — is the property of Bruno's Headlight Restoration and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or systems, submit false or misleading information through our quoting tool, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Oregon.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
